Bryan C. Hatton, B.S, LNFA, M.S

Growing up in a small town on the KS/CO line, Bryan’s very first job was at the local nursing home where he worked as a housekeeper, CNA and medication aide. He loved working with residents there and caring for people.

Bryan went on to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University. Over the past 25 years, Bryan has held various leadership roles within healthcare organizations. His niche was fixing struggling operations, being a change agent and turn-around specialist with buildings struggling with poor care and regulatory compliance issues.

Bryan is known for developing an anticipatory and predictive model of care that has produced outstanding improvement in the patient experience in health centers under his leadership.

Bryan is husband to Joanna, father to 4, and loving caregiver and chief dinner chef for his mother-in-law, Jeanette, who lives with the family. As a caregiver himself, Bryan understands the joys and challenges of the whole family in loving someone with dementia and loving them well!

His chief goal is to leverage his experience and industry insight in helping you care for your loved one.
