Interim Administration

We are able to provide interim leadership to help LTC providers! But unlike many Interim Administrator, our leaders don’t just ride a desk.. they actively support, lead and engage the team across all departments. They engage with the resident’s and families to help solve problem that support the systems that are in place. They make recommendations on potential changes or improvements to the Corporate Leadership and implement as directed. We are able to support the building and the Corporate leadership until the RIGHT Leader can be found.

 

Survey Consulting

Bryan has led two separate operations with two different companies off of Special Focus Facilities (SFF) designation. He has the expertise to help you and your department leadership to problem solve, project risk and take mitigating steps. He is not there to do audits but to provide working hands, training and brainstorming solutions to both simple and complex regulatory/clinical problems. He is gifted in a collaborative leadership style that leads to true engagement and ownership of problems and solutions.

 

Regional Team Support Services

You do all of the routine and highly necessary CEO/Regional work that needs to be done and let your team have the outside support they need to grow and develop in particular skills for success in THIS industry’s leadership success narrative.

Many teams do not need another consultant to come in and do an audit to identify opportunities and then leave… they need someone who can come along side them and help them! Help them practically, help them to think better, problem solve creatively and implement effectively. As an external consultant, we are able to be seen as a non-threatening support, an advocate and mentor.

 

Organizational Development & Training

It is clear in the study of leadership and organizational development, great leaders are created. Great leaders are created when when companies invest in them! But that investment must be in individual and organizational coaching! If knowledge along led to change… we would all be skinny, athletic and eat a health diet!
