We come alongside in all aspects of care to provide expertise and encouragement throughout the caregiving journey. We consult with families, often at points of crisis when decisions are difficult, time is crucial and stress if often high. We take the pressure off, we provide the clarity needed so that your decisions are educated and empowered.
We do the heavy lifting of placement research, walk beside you for guidance and provide a trusted advisor relationship that leverages 25 years of industry experience, educational qualifications as well as the personal experience of being caregivers to provide you with the highest level of advisement and care.

Placement Consulting
Placement Consulting provides everything needed for caregivers to navigate a transition into care for their loved one. Through consultation, Bryan will identify needs, identify potential placements together with you and fully review up to three options. He will use various proprietary industry systems as well as other information to comprehensively investigate each option. This enables you to make an informed and confident decision regarding care.
Placement Care Guides
This service is for post placement clients during the early days and weeks of in-facility care. The Placement Care Guides are customized and individually tailored by location and patient needs covering the first days and weeks in the facility. They help you to know what to expect and have practical guidance on what you need to do during the entire process. These guides are the tools that will enable you to be the Chief Influencer of Care (CIC)*, helping to ensure your loved one receives the very best care possible. Please call for pricing.
Short Term Consulting
Most clients have found that this consulting package helped them greatly not just in making the placement decision, but physically and emotionally, through the transition process. During and after transition, we provide coaching, consulting, and care guidance updates. This includes consulting regarding problems and coaching with you to ensure that you are heard by the health care professionals. This provides guidance through the normal procedures day to day in the facilities, and you will have 24/7 phone call access for questions, concerns, or emergencies. Families are encouraged to retain services for 60 to 90 days post place to ensure the smoothest transition. The first 90 days of placement are often the hardest as everyone works settling into new routines. Many past clients have found that within 90 days they have gained the skills and competence to navigate the process and have fully transitioned from crisis to “the new normal.” Pricing - please call for a free 15 minute consultation.
Long Term Consulting
We provide an on going consulting relationship for all of our clients. When you run into a new barrier or cannot seem to get certain care issues resolved, we are only a phone call away! Pricing is either at an hourly rate or monthly subscription rate depending on need.
Concierge Case Management
Some families do not live near their loved one or are not able to visit their loved one as much as they would like. There are other instances where an executor rather than family member is managing care and needs to have care reviewed. We provide longterm or short-term comprehensive case management services. Case Management is customized to support you to the degree that you desire. It can include: on-site visits, care review visits, temporary Power of Attorney with updates as often as desired. Price is determined through consultation and can vary depending on the level of service required.
Family Mediation
Unfortunately, there are times when families cannot reach consensus on care goals or placement needs. No matter the complicating factors involved, these difficulties need and deserve consensus on behalf of the elderly loved one. We can help all parties down the road to ensuring that your loved one’s needs are met.. Price is determined through consultation.
