Mediating cases can take up a lot of your billable hours and prevent you from being able to handle other clients. We can help you by taking on some of you cases and free you up to pursue other revenue generating activities. We will bill your directly and thus allow you to bill accordingly.

Case Management

We are proud to partner with a few select firms that are taking a more holistic approach to Elder Law. You are the experts at Living Wills, Dump Wills, Estate Planning but when your clients are facing other barriers to remaining at home or choosing an alternative living environment… you are probably just a confused as they are! We are the experts and gladly partner with you in meeting these needs.

Many web based sites recommend a place for mom based upon which facility is paying them for the referral and not baed upon the needs and desires of the family. We are retained by the family so we are vested in their best interest… not getting a referral payment.

Opinion/ Case Review
